The next chapter in
urban lighting

City.People.Light research

Get some light inspiration. The City.People.Light research looks not just at the latest developments but also at future developments in urban lighting. With input from architects, planners, and creative leaders, it explores how our cities are going to look and feel in the future.

The latest outcomes from the research program have been published in a book, along with interviews with experts, key trends and the inspirational lighting concepts that arose from our ‘Create the Livable City’ workshops.

A flick through this cutting-edge compendium will shed some light on the destiny of European cities, from both a socio-cultural and an urban lighting perspective.

Look for the 2014 City.People.Light research book in specialized bookstores around the world, purchase it at or check the flipbook version. See also download section below.
